About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. The role involves assisting the HR department in sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent while ensuring a positive candidate experience. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition and learn the nuances of HR recruitment processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions on various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards).

Source and screen resumes to identify suitable candidates.

Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications.

Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Maintain and update the candidate database with accurate information.

Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a positive experience.

Support onboarding activities for new hires, as required.

Provide feedback and suggestions to improve recruitment processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Interest in Human Resources and a career in talent acquisition.

Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.

Prior experience or coursework in HR or recruitment is a plus but not mandatory.
