Responsiilities:- • Identify hiring needs and ex ecu te Recruitent plans. • Manage different online sourcing Pla t forms for ecruitment. • Review applicati ons and Interviw processes. • Coordinate with t he candidate Proactively. • Develo p r ecruitment relted Documents. • Support the development and implementation of HR initiaties and systems. • Provide co uns eling on policie and procedures. • Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting a d s and managing te hiring process. • Create a nd implement effectiv onboarding plans. • Dev e lop training and dvelopment programs. • As sist in performan ce anagement processs.
