Human Resources Intern

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in HR processes, employee engagement, and recruitment while supporting day-to-day organizational tasks. If you’re enthusiastic about people management, communication, and learning HR operations in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews

✅ Maintain and update employee records, databases, and HR documentation

✅ Support onboarding and induction of new hires

✅ Help organize employee engagement activities and training sessions

✅ Assist with attendance, leave tracking, and performance data collection

✅ Support HR team with policy implementation and compliance tasks

✅ Contribute to process improvement and research in HR best practices

Requirements:

✔ Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field

✔ Strong organizational and time management skills

✔ Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)

✔ Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace tools

✔ Ability to handle confidential information with integrity

✔ Enthusiastic to learn and contribute in a collaborative team environment
