Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Noida. The Human Resources Intern will assist with day-to-day HR tasks which include managing employee records, supporting HR policies implementation, employee benefits administration, and assisting in personnel management activities. The intern will also help in recruitment processes, drafting HR documents, and organizing employee engagement activities.

Qualifications

• Understanding of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior internship or experience in the HR domain is a plus
