Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with candidate sourcing, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Conduct initial phone screenings and shortlist candidates.
  • Maintain employee records and assist in onboarding.
  • Support internal communication and help foster a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

  • Degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized; proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn the end-to-end HR lifecycle in a startup environment.
