Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in various day-to-day activities including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and maintaining HR records. This role is ideal for someone passionate about people management and eager to learn the practical side of human resources in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews for candidates.
• Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees and interns.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Help in drafting job descriptions, offer letters, and internship certificates.
• Coordinate and support employee engagement activities and initiatives.
• Assist with performance management processes and feedback collection.
• Conduct research on HR best practices and contribute ideas for improvement.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
• Eagerness to learn and contribute in a growing D2C fashion brand.
