Corenest Tech LLP is offering a structured internship to help you develop essential HR skills, including recruitment, resume screening, interview coordination, onboarding, and HR reporting. This internship also provides exposure to LinkedIn hiring strategies, HR documentation, and team collaboration through Scrum meetings.

Key Responsibilities

● Post job openings across different platforms, including LinkedIn.

● Screen and shortlist resumes based on job requirements.

● Prepare HR reports and trackers in MS Excel.

● Conduct telephonic interviews for shortlisted candidates.

● Coordinate and support the onboarding process of new hires.

● Host and attend Scrum/HR meetings to ensure smooth communication.

● Assist in maintaining HR records and documentation.
