Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in end-to-end

  recruitment process

  (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
• Help maintain and update

  employee records

  , attendance, and HR databases.
• Coordinate

  onboarding and induction

  formalities for new employees.
• Support HR team in conducting

  employee engagement activities

• Assist in drafting

  policies, letters, and HR documentation

• Manage

  job portal activities

  (Naukri, LinkedIn, Internshala).
• Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR operations.

Skills Required:

• Pursuing or recently completed graduation/post-graduation in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, compliance)
• Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
• Eager to learn and take initiative
