What You’ll Do:

end-to-end recruitment process

• Sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
• Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers
• Drafting job descriptions and internship posts
• Maintaining and updating candidate databases
• Following up with candidates throughout the hiring process
• Assisting with employer branding and outreach activities
• Contributing to a smooth and positive candidate experience
