Role Description

This is a remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with daily HR tasks, including managing HR policies, employee benefits, and personnel management. Responsibilities include supporting HR operations, conducting research on HR best practices, assisting with HR documentation, and helping with employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Qualifications

• Skills in Human Resources (HR), HR Policies, and HR Management
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a remote setting
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or current enrollment in such a program)
