As a Human Resources Intern at our company located in Surat, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions. Your responsibilities will include: - Assisting in creating and implementing HR policies - Coordinating employee benefits - Managing personnel records - Conducting recruitment activities - Assisting in employee onboarding - Supporting administrative HR tasks - Collaborating with the HR team in managing employee relationships - Ensuring organizational compliance with HR practices and regulations In order to excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) fundamentals and practices - Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies - Experience or basic knowledge in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management - Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills - Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with HR tools is a plus - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently enrolled in such a program) As a Human Resources Intern at our company located in Surat, you will play a vital role in supporting HR functions.
