Position: HR Intern Location: Remote Duration: 3 months Stipend: Unpaid Joining: Immediate Office Hours: 6 days a week, 8 hours a day Requirements: Must have 3 months of prior HR experience, either through employment or internship, is required. Recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace. Strong organisational and time management abilities. Eagerness to learn and contribute to a fast-paced startup environment. Key Responsibilities: Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and following up. Maintain and update HR databases and documentation. Support onboarding and induction processes for new employees and interns. Help in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and internship letters. Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communications. Assist in performance tracking and feedback collection. Ensure timely documentation and compliance support.
