Job Description

Key Responsibilities


  • Source potential candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes to match job requirements.
  • Conduct initial telephonic screenings to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Support the HR team in other recruitment and administrative tasks.



Skills & Requirements

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (and other relevant languages)..
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
