Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will support day-to-day HR operations, assist in the development and implementation of HR policies, and help manage employee records and documentation. They will coordinate employee onboarding processes, maintain compliance with labor regulations, and provide support in managing employee benefits and personnel management requirements. The role involves collaborating with team members across the organization to contribute to creating a positive work environment.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of Human Resources, HR Management, and HR Policies
• Knowledge of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management practices
• Strong organizational and administrative skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the field of Human Resources
• Pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with HR software tools is a plus.
