Job Description

You are seeking a proactive HR Intern for a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations and support various people-related initiatives. You will work closely with the HR team to assist in recruitment, employee engagement, and day-to-day HR activities. - Assist in end-to-end recruitment (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews). - Support onboarding and induction processes. - Maintain employee records and update HR databases. - Assist in planning and executing engagement activities and HR initiatives. - Draft HR communications and support policy documentation. - Actively participate in strategy and decision-making processes.
