Role Overview

This is an on-site, full-time internship.

High-performing interns will be offered a permanent HR role upon completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement activities
• Help implement and monitor HR policies and compliance processes
• Coordinate employee benefits, records, and documentation
• Support recruitment and internship outreach activities
• Contribute to building a positive workplace culture
• Work on employee communications and performance tracking

Qualifications

• MBA (HR) or equivalent degree (pursuing or recently completed)
• Knowledge of HR operations, policies, and processes
• Familiarity with employee lifecycle and personnel management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Ability to work independently, manage time, and prioritize tasks

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
