Job Title: HR Intern

Location: Kolkata (On-site)

Duration: 6 months with PPO opportunity based on performance

Stipend: 7K to 9K

About the Role:

We are looking for a motivated Human Resources Intern to join our HR department and assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to real HR processes in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection processes (screening resumes, scheduling interviews, follow-ups).
• Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
• Maintain and update employee records and databases.
• Help organize employee engagement activities and events.
• Assist in drafting HR policies, offer letters, and reports.
• Coordinate with teams for attendance and leave management.
• Support HR team in day-to-day operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and word
• Eagerness to learn and contribute to team goals.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Prior internship experience (if any) is a plus.
