We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) who can bring the same energy and hustle to building a strong pipeline for our marketing services and client projects.

Role Overview:

As an HR Intern, you’ll work closely with our HR lead and learn how to identify, engage, and onboard the right talent. This internship is designed for students and fresh graduates who want to kick start a career in Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ communication and interest.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring teams.
• Maintain candidate database and track application status.
• Support in drafting JDs and posting openings on relevant platforms.
• Contribute to ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
