Key Responsibilities

🔹 Assist in sourcing, screening, and onboarding interns

🔹 Collaborate with team leads to understand hiring needs

🔹 Maintain applicant tracking systems and HR databases

🔹 Support virtual interviews and candidate communications

🔹 Help develop and update job descriptions

🔹 Coordinate onboarding and documentation processes

🔹 Contribute to team meetings and hiring strategy discussions
