Human Resources Intern

HR Trainee

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and schedule interviews with hiring teams.
• Support onboarding processes including documentation and induction sessions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records on the

  HRMS platform

• Assist in tracking attendance and leaves.
• Collaborate with the HR team on

  global recruitment campaigns

• Learn about international HR compliance and cross-border hiring practices.
• Assist in organizing employee events, virtual meetups, and engagement activities.
• Coordinate surveys and feedback initiatives to improve workplace experience.
• Ensure proper filing of employee documents and adherence to internal policies.
• Help maintain HR compliance with local and global employment standards.
• Provide general administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace.
• Eager to learn and build a long-term career in HR.
