Position : HR Intern

Location : Gwalior (On-site)

Stipend : Paid

This role plays a key part in fostering a positive workplace culture, ensuring operational efficiency, and aligning HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals. 

Key Responsibilities :-

Recruitment and Staffing/Hiring :

• Creating job descriptions and posting vacancies.

• Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.

• Coordinating onboarding and orientation for new hires.

Employee Relations :

• Addressing employee grievances and conflicts.

• Promoting a positive work environment & supporting employee engagement and satisfaction.

HR Strategy and Planning :

• Aligning HR strategies with business goals. 

• Workforce planning and forecasting

• Driving organizational change initiatives.

HR Administration :

• Maintaining employee records and HR systems (HRIS).

• Managing leaves, attendance, and time-off policies.

• Handling exit interviews and offboarding.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field (Required).

• Master's degree in HR Management, MBA, or Organizational Development.

• Certifications (Optional but an added advantage):

-PHR (Professional in Human Resources)

-SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources)
