Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Intern located in Goregaon. The Human Resources Intern will assist with various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee record maintenance, and employee engagement. Daily tasks will involve assisting in the recruitment process, organization of employee engagement activities, responding to HR-related queries, and supporting the HR team in project-based work.

Skills and Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the finance or housing sector is a plus
