We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Human Resource Intern to join our HR team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in various facets of Human Resource Management, including recruitment, employee engagement, onboarding, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with recruitment processes, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and follow-ups
• Support in onboarding and offboarding processes
• Maintain and update employee records in internal HR databases
• Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events
• Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
• Prepare and update HR documents like policies, offers, and reports
• Coordinate with internal teams for various HR initiatives
• Conduct basic research and help in process improvement projects

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good understanding of HR fundamentals and interest in pursuing a career in Human Resources
• Prior internship experience in HR or a related field is preferable
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
