Job Description

The human resources (HR) department plays a crucial role in managing an organization’s most valuable asset — its people. HR professionals are responsible for recruiting, developing, and retaining employees while ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & staffing:
Sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates.
Coordinating interviews and onboarding new employees.
Employee relations:
Handling employee queries, grievances, and engagement activities.
Promoting a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
HR operations & documentation:
Maintaining employee records, offer letters, and HR databases.
Managing attendance, payroll inputs, and leave records.
Performance management:
Assisting in goal setting and performance appraisals.
Supporting managers in performance improvement plans.
Training & development:
Identifying training needs and coordinating learning sessions.
Tracking employee progress and skill development.
Compliance & policy implementation:
Ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies.
Supporting audits and statutory compliance requirements.
