Human Resources (HR) Manager

As a Human Resources Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions. Here is a breakdown of your key responsibilities: - Manage end-to-end recruitment process for all departments, including conducting interviews, shortlisting candidates, and finalizing selections. Coordinate with HODs to understand manpower requirements and develop a strong candidate pipeline. - Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding kits. Conduct company induction and ensure a smooth joining process. Maintain proper documentation and HR records. - Address employee queries, grievances, and concerns professionally. Promote a healthy and positive work culture by planning engagement activities, team-building sessions, and events. - Oversee daily attendance, leave approvals, and time discipline. Ensure compliance with company policies and implement corrective actions when needed. - Coordinate with HODs for goal-setting and performance reviews. Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and draft improvement plans where necessary. - Formulate, update, and enforce HR policies. Ensure statutory compliance with PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc. Maintain confidentiality of employee information. - Conduct exit interviews, manage full & final settlements, and ensure proper handover and documentation from exiting employees.
