Job Description

As an HR professional at this Bangalore-based company, your role will involve a variety of key responsibilities: - Develop and execute pan-India hiring strategies for various roles across multiple branches. - Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction for new hires. - Work closely with branch managers to ensure timely hiring and workforce planning. - Ensure accurate data entry and reporting in HRMS for employee records, leave management, and salary processing. - Train employees and managers on the effective use of HRMS for self-service functions. - Maintain and update employee salary structures, tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits. - Develop and execute a structured performance appraisal system across all branches. - Align goal setting and career development with business objectives. - Identify skill gaps and conduct training & upskilling programs at various branch levels. - Implement employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction. - Organize training programs, leadership development, and team-building activities across locations. - Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all Indian states. - Oversee attendance, leave management, and salary processing for all branches. - Serve as the point of contact for all branch-level HR issues. - Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and foster a positive work environment. - Support managers in handling disciplinary actions and workplace issues. - Generate HR reports & insights through HRMS to track workforce performance. - Use HR analytics to improve hiring efficiency, retention rates, and employee productivity. Key Requirements: - 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees across different locations. - Ability to travel occasionally to branch offices for HR support and training.
