Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and efficient HR admin with a keen eye for detail to handle day-to-day administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting HR operations, maintaining records, coordinating processes, and ensuring a smooth and positive experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and manage employee records (both digital and physical), ensuring data accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with internal policies and statutory requirements.
Support the recruitment lifecycle by posting job openings, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers and candidates.
Facilitate onboarding and induction processes, ensuring all documentation is completed, and new hires are smoothly integrated into the organization.
Coordinate exit formalities, including clearance documentation, exit interviews, and final settlement processes.
Monitor and manage attendance, leave records, and timesheets for accurate payroll processing and reporting.
Prepare HR documents such as offer letters, appointment letters, employment contracts, experience letters, and internal communication memos.
Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement initiatives, welfare activities, and internal HR communications.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and audit requirements, maintaining up-to-date records and supporting HR audits and inspections.
Serve as a point of contact for employee queries, addressing issues related to HR policies, benefits, documentation, and administrative matters.
Contribute to process improvements in HR operations and assist in implementing HR systems and tools as needed.
