Human Resources (HR) Manager

Role Overview: As an HR professional at Jain Software, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR responsibilities to ensure a positive work environment and support the growth of the organization. Your key responsibilities will involve recruitment and hiring, onboarding and training, employee records and compliance, employee engagement, performance management, policy and documentation, as well as support and conflict resolution. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - Proven experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of HR practices and procedures. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a team and handle confidential information with integrity. - Knowledge of relevant labor laws and regulations.
