Human Resources (HR) Manager

As an HR professional at Rx Solutions, you will play a crucial role in managing various HR functions across multiple branches nationwide. Your responsibilities will include: - Developing and executing pan-India hiring strategies for different roles. - Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. - Collaborating with branch managers to ensure timely hiring and workforce planning. - Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting in HRMS for employee records, leave management, and salary processing. - Conducting training sessions for employees and managers on the effective use of HRMS. - Maintaining and updating employee salary structures, tax deductions, PF, ESI, and other statutory benefits. - Implementing a structured performance appraisal system and aligning career development with business objectives. - Identifying skill gaps and organizing training programs at various branch levels. - Implementing employee engagement initiatives to enhance retention and workplace satisfaction. - Overseeing compliance with labor laws and company policies across all Indian states. - Acting as the point of contact for all branch-level HR issues, addressing grievances, mediating conflicts, and fostering a positive work environment. - Generating HR reports & insights through HRMS to track workforce performance and improve decision-making. Key Requirements: - 3-5 years of HR experience, preferably in a multi-location organization. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage employees across different locations. - Ability to travel occasionally to branch offices for HR support and training.
