Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. You will manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and onboarding new employees. Additionally, you will oversee employee performance appraisal processes, provide coaching and support for career development, handle employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions when necessary, coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance, monitor and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks, and maintain accurate HR records and documentation to support data-driven decision-making.
