Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & hiring:
Posting job openings and advertisements.
Screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
Issuing offer letters and appointment letters.
Onboarding & training:
Completing the joining formalities for new employees.
Conducting induction programs.
Arranging skill development and training sessions.
Employee records & compliance:
Managing attendance and leave records.
Handling payroll, PF, ESIC, and statutory compliance.
Maintaining and updating the employee database.
Employee engagement:
Planning team-building activities.
Conducting feedback sessions and surveys.
Organizing events, celebrations, and festivals.
Performance management:
Managing performance appraisal processes.
Setting KPIs and goals with employees.
Recommending promotions or disciplinary actions.
Policy & documentation:
Creating and implementing HR policies.
Issuing warning letters or notices when required.
Handling resignations, exit interviews, and relieving formalities.
Support & conflict resolution:
Listening to and resolving employee grievances.
Maintaining a positive and productive work culture.
Acting as a mediator between management and employees.
