Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources (HR) intern to join our team at Tricornio Technologies. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about recruitment, payroll, and MS Excel. As an HR intern, you will have the chance to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and growing organization.

Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Assist with the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Support the payroll function by calculating employee hours, processing payroll data, and ensuring accuracy in payments.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Assist with onboarding and orientation for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the company.
Conduct data analysis and reporting using MS Excel to track HR metrics and trends.
Support HR projects and initiatives as needed, including employee engagement programs and training initiatives.
Provide general administrative support to the HR team and participate in special projects as assigned.
