Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates and panel members. Coordinate candidate assessments, tests, and interview follow-ups. Maintain recruitment trackers and status reports. Onboarding & Induction Prepare onboarding documents (LOI, Offer Letter, NDA, etc.). Coordinate joining formalities and ensure proper documentation.
