Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

Recruitment & selection:
Support end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and coordinating interviews.
Maintain candidate database and update recruitment trackers.
Assist in onboarding formalities for new hires.
Attendance & HR operations:
Track and maintain daily employee attendance and leave records.
Assist in preparing attendance-related reports for payroll.
Interview coordination:
Facilitate smooth interview processes by coordinating with candidates and interview panels.
Ensure timely communication and follow-up with candidates.
Administrative support:
Handle day-to-day HR and admin tasks as assigned.
Maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
Support the HR team in organizing employee engagement activities.
