Role Description This is a full-time Assistant Manager-Sales role for the Diesel Generator (DG Set) business located in Raipur. Candidate shall be responsible for managing sales activities, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and achieving sales targets. This role will involve collaborating with the Dealer sales team, analyzing market trends, and developing sales strategies to drive business growth for Diesel Genset Business. Qualifications Sales Management, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Business Administration. Previous experience in DG Set Industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities Assist in sourcing potential candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.) Conduct initial screening of resumes and applications Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers Help manage and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them across platforms Maintain internal databases and HR trackers with candidate information Support the TA team in day-to-day operational and administrative tasks About Company: Crompton Greaves Consumer Limited manufactures and markets a wide spectrum of consumer products ranging from fans, light sources, luminaires, pumps, and household appliances, such as geysers, mixer grinders, toasters, and irons.
