Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Automobile Service professional located in Nagpur. The Automobile Service professional will be responsible for diagnosing issues in vehicles, performing repairs, and regular maintenance tasks. The role also includes interacting with customers to understand their vehicle issues, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The professional will also be involved in sales of service packages, managing finance-related tasks for service transactions, and maintaining accurate records of services performed.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills for diagnosing and resolving automobile issues
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales of automobile services and packages
• Knowledge of Finance related tasks for managing service transactions
• Technical expertise in automobile repair and maintenance
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Diploma or degree in Automobile Engineering or related field is a plus
