About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Assist in recruitment and selection process (scheduling interviews, posting jobs, screening profiles)Maintain and update employee records and HR databasesSupport onboarding and induction process for new employeesHelp with attendance and leave trackingAssist in preparing HR documents like offer letters, NDAs, etc.Help organize employee engagement activities and surveysSupport day-to-day administrative tasks and HR operationsMaintain confidentiality of employee information

Requirements

Currently, pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree (BBA, B.Com, BA, or any related field)Interest in Human Resources and People ManagementGood communication and interpersonal skillsBasic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, etc.)Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive
