Human Resources (HR) Internship

As an intern at Cityflo, you will be responsible for various HR-related tasks to support the team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include assisting in the sourcing, screening, and scheduling of interviews with candidates. You will also be involved in supporting the onboarding process and documentation for new joiners. Additionally, you will play a key role in maintaining and updating employee records in the HR database. You will help in organizing employee engagement and wellness activities to enhance the work environment. Collaborating with different departments to track attendance and leaves will be part of your duties. You will also assist in preparing HR reports, maintaining HR metrics, drafting HR letters, and organizing employee files. Providing administrative support to the HR team will be crucial to ensure smooth operations within the department.
