Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR professional to manage the company’s human resources operations. The ideal candidate should have strong people management skills, experience in recruitment, and a good understanding of HR policies and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
• Maintain and update employee records, payroll data, and statutory compliances (PF, ESI, PT, etc.).
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with company goals.
• Manage employee engagement programs, training, and performance appraisals.
• Address employee grievances and ensure a positive workplace culture.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.
• Coordinate with management for manpower planning and hiring needs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2–5 years of HR experience (Manufacturing, Tech, or E-commerce industry preferred).
• Strong understanding of HR operations, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and HRMS tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹17,577.93 - ₹45,000.00 per month
