Position Overview: As a Sales Manager , you will take charge of our sales team and strategies, working directly with clients to promote and sell our market-leading solar solutions. Your role will involve not only leading the sales team but also developing and executing key strategies to expand our customer base, increase revenue, and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead Sales Team: Manage and motivate a high-performing sales team, setting clear goals and providing guidance to drive performance. Develop Sales Strategies: Design and implement effective sales strategies to meet company revenue targets and expand market share. Client Relationships: Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction and repeat business. Sales Presentations & Pitches: Conduct compelling presentations to potential clients, clearly communicating the value and benefits of our solar products. Market Expansion: Research new market opportunities, identify emerging customer needs, and stay ahead of industry trends to position the company as a market leader. Contract Negotiation: Oversee the drafting and negotiation of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal guidelines. Performance Monitoring: Track and report on team performance, sales activities, and overall progress toward meeting targets. After-Sales Support: Work with the customer service team to ensure exceptional post-sales support and address any customer concerns promptly. What Were Looking For: Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales management, preferably within the solar or renewable energy industry. Leadership: Proven experience in managing a sales team, setting performance targets, and achieving revenue goals. Education: B.Tech / B.Sc / M.Tech / M.Sc in relevant fields (preferred). Communication: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi ; proficiency in Kannada is a bonus. Sales Expertise: Ability to develop and implement sales strategies, build client relationships, and close high-value deals. Problem-Solving: Ability to think strategically, identify opportunities, and address customer challenges proactively. As a leading player in the fire safety sector, we are now seeking a highly skilled Service Engineer to join our team and contribute to the continued success of our service operations. Key Responsibilities: Installation & Commissioning: Install and configure Variex fire safety products and systems at customer locations, ensuring compliance with safety standards. Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of installed fire fighting systems, ensuring systems are fully operational and compliant with regulations. Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers, addressing any concerns or issues regarding the functionality of fire fighting systems. Customer Training: Conduct on-site training sessions for clients on the proper operation and maintenance of Variex fire protection systems. Documentation: Maintain detailed service reports, including troubleshooting, maintenance activities, and any system upgrades or replacements performed. Collaboration: Work closely with the engineering team to report feedback from customers and contribute to product improvement and innovation. Requirements: Qualification: Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Fire & Safety, or related field). Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a service engineering role, preferably within the fire safety or related industries. Skills: Strong knowledge of fire fighting systems and equipment. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities. Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical clients. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage service schedules effectively. Ability to travel to customer sites for installations, maintenance, and repairs. Technical Expertise: Familiarity with Variex products and fire protection systems is an advantage.
