Senior HR Executive/HR Manager-Minimum 5 years of experience
Junior HR Executive - Minimum 2 years of experience
Location: Dr. Sundararajan Hospital, Salem, Tamil Nadu
Qualification:
MBA in HR/MSW/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management
Job Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data
Coordinate payroll activities
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)
Address employee grievances and support engagement initiatives
Conduct employee training and appraisals
Requirements:
Good Decision Making
To maintain confidentiality
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Prior experience in healthcare/hospital sector preferred
Familiarity with HRMS software and labour law compliance
