Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
Administer benefits, payroll coordination, and HRIS maintenance.
Serve as the first point of contact for employee relations, providing guidance and support.
Ensure compliance with all employment laws and company policies.
Coordinate performance management cycles and learning & development programs.
Analyze HR metrics to support data-driven decisions and improve processes.
