Human Resources (HR) Executive in Mumbai

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain employee leave and attendance records; track absenteeism and report to the Operations Manager.
• Address employee grievances, implement corrective measures, and conduct exit interviews to identify reasons for attrition.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing candidates (Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Hirect, Indeed), conducting initial interviews, hiring interns, and overseeing the complete recruitment life cycle.
• Handle onboarding and joining formalities including inductions, document verification, and appointment letter issuance.
• Support performance check-ins and assist in employee engagement initiatives.
• Maintain and update employee databases, records, and HR reports.
• Administer payroll inputs, full & final settlement processes, and related compliance.
• Conduct orientations for new employees and maintain records of interviewed candidates with proper follow-ups.
