Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls to students and parents to explain services related to overseas education. Understand student requirements and provide accurate information on courses, countries, universities, and visa processes. Follow up consistently with leads generated through marketing campaigns, referrals, and walk-ins. Schedule appointments for education counselors. Maintain and update call records, lead status, and student information in the CRM system. Meet daily/weekly/monthly call and lead conversion targets. Maintain a professional and positive approach with all clients and team members.
