Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment and onboarding for teaching and non-teaching staff.
  • Draft and issue offer letters, appointment letters, NDAs, and contracts.
  • Coordinate background verification and joining formalities.
  • Design and conduct staff induction and orientation programs.
  • Draft and implement HR policies and staff handbooks.
  • Implement POSH policy and grievance redressal mechanisms.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws and institutional regulations.
  • Maintain discipline, code of conduct, and escalation processes.
  • Maintain employee records and manage HRMS.
  • Track probation, confirmations, renewals, and exits.
  • Support performance review and appraisal processes.
  • Handle resignations, exit formalities, and documentation.
  • Maintain attendance and leave records.
  • Prepare payroll inputs and coordinate with accounts.
  • Support statutory compliance, including PF and ESIC.
  • Assist founders in setting up HR systems and SOPs.
  • Support culture building and internal staff communication.
  • Handle day-to-day HR operations and employee queries.
