Manage employee relations by addressing employee concerns and facilitating resolution. Maintain HR records and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Analyze HR data using Excel to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement. Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. Collaborate with leadership team to implement HR strategies and initiatives. Provide guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters.
