As a Human Resources Associate at EDU TANTR, you will play a vital role in supporting the HR team with various administrative tasks and recruitment activities. We are looking for an individual who is proficient in MS-Office, MS-Word, and MS-Excel, as well as having excellent English proficiency (both spoken and written).

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including preparing offer letters and conducting orientation sessions.
Manage document management systems, ensuring all employee records are up to date and organized.
Utilize your strong presentation skills to create and deliver training sessions on HR policies and procedures.
Provide support to employees on HR-related inquiries and issues, demonstrating excellent customer service.
Assist in performance management processes, including conducting evaluations and providing feedback to employees.
Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience at EDU TANTR.
