Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflow and resource availability
• Organize and facilitate new hire orientations and employee training sessions
• Maintain both physical and digital files, documents, and records
• Ensure confidentiality and accessibility of HR documents
• Update employee records in the HR information system (HRIS)
• Arrange travel accommodations and itineraries for business travel
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
• Negotiate favorable terms with vendors for office-related services
• Research and develop training materials tailored to employee needs
• Maintain and update course content and training records in the learning management system
• Plan and execute team-building activities, social events, and virtual engagement initiatives
• Research and implement creative ways to enhance employee morale and company culture
