Human Resources (HR) Associate in Bangalore

We are looking for a proactive and driven HR Associate who will play a key role in scaling our talent engine. The ideal candidate will focus on end-to-end recruitment while supporting general HR operations as we expand our on-ground and central teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes- sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and offer rollouts.
• Make 100–150 calls per day to identify and engage with potential candidates.
• Partner with hiring managers (especially for sales & experience center roles) to define hiring needs and timelines.
• Maintain and update recruitment trackers, ensuring a healthy pipeline of candidates.
• Support onboarding, documentation, and coordination with internal HR processes.
• Represent Material Depot professionally to create a strong employer brand in the market.
