Description
As an HR professional, you will be responsible for managing full-cycle recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and scheduling candidates. Additionally, you will develop and oversee new hire orientation, onboarding processes, and employee termination procedures while ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal responsibilities. You will also assist in developing and executing policies, as well as providing necessary compliance-related training. Being the single point of contact for all visa-related queries and processes, you will handle various HR activities such as recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, and benefits record maintenance. Your role will involve coordinating with different departments to ensure a seamless new-hire onboarding process and delivering an exceptional first-day experience for employees. Furthermore, you will manage employee queries, grievances, feedback, and suggestions while administering benefits, reward programs, and employee engagement initiatives. To be successful in this role, you should hold a Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of experience in an HR department. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, a good understanding of HR recruitment processes, and experience in managing recruitment in the supply chain domain are key qualifications for this position. Knowledge of the US visa process and national employment laws and regulations will be advantageous. A resourceful mindset and meticulous attention to detail are essential traits for this role.,
